\u017babka Polska<\/a>, with the support of Asseco Data Systems (ADS) and All For One Poland, is automating document circulation and reducing the number of printouts in the HR department. The SignHub solutions provided by Asseco and Rockawork E-Files from All For One have been integrated with \u017babka’s SAP SuccessFactors<\/a> system. This will enhance the efficiency of managing the creation, circulation, and approval of electronic HR documents, as well as their remote signing by employees and collaborators. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n

The core of these changes is the digitalization of several HR and payroll processes, including, for example, employment management. It also introduces the ability to combine various legal forms of declarations of intent \u2013 electronic form (using a qualified electronic signature) and documentary form confirmed by a qualified electronic seal (\u017babka Polska) activated by an SMS code.<\/p>\n

Flexibility in selecting the electronic signature to meet the required legal form minimizes business risks and eliminates errors in HR documentation management. From the perspective of internal organizational activities, this guarantees security and convenience in handling electronic documentation.<\/p>\n

Among the key benefits is also the creation of a comprehensive repository for HR documentation (employee e-file), which replaces physical personnel files and complies with current legal regulations.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/section>\n\n\n\n
