As a company with many years of experience in developing IT solutions for demanding clients, we offer a full range of services necessary for the launch, maintenance, and development of Rockawork. This allows for clear assignment of responsibility for the implementation and maintenance of the platform and all aspects of the undertaking. Implementation preparation: business process analysis (requirements definition, modeling, optimization); consulting on electronic archive organization. Implementation and development: implementation services including training and data migration; integration with other systems, e.g., SAP ERP, HR, CRM; delivery of scanning hardware and applications; mobile device availability; expansion with new dedicated features; security audit. Maintenance: provision in the SaaS (Software as a Service) model in All for One Managed Cloud; solution administration; outsourcing and backup management; service – support for administrators and/or users; maintenance (including enhancements, new versions).

We provide two maintenance and licensing options: SaaS – dedicated installation in All for One Managed Cloud; On-premise – dedicated installation on the client’s hardware platform. Within the SaaS installation, we provide individual SLA conditions and a periodic (monthly or quarterly) fee dependent on the current number of users; state-of-the-art IT technologies (databases, operating systems, high-speed connection, and managed virtual machines); guaranteed security of production, archival, and backup data; no initial investment outlays and technology development costs.
